• Roles and Permissions: Information concerning active and inactive subscriptions held by your account.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous IP addresses, platform interaction (AI chat), clicks, and standard metrics that allow us to measure which type of generated predictions perform best and what the audience requests to calibrate the base algorithm.

3. Use of Information

We limit the use to internal purposes, optimisation, and project communication:

• To provide you with secure and scalable access to the web platform.
• To send you important notifications about your subscriptions or scheduled maintenance.
• To react statistically and in real-time to ChatBot inputs. (Note: Histories with our AI may be reviewed anonymously to prevent abuse or to fine-tune our own LLM server with Gemini).

4. Information Sharing with Third Parties

Under no circumstances do we sell our users' personal information. We only share non-identifiable data in the following cases:

1. If mandated by a competent judicial authority due to fraud or malicious activities.
2. With third-party integrations (e.g., Databases and Authentication securely provided by Upstash and Google), where the policy is transferred according to their own credentials.

5. User Control and ARCO Rights

In compliance with the GDPR applicable in European territory, you retain the right to Access, Rectification, Erasure or Objection at all times regarding your data stored in our database infrastructure.

You can perform a complete deletion and purge of your account directly from the Panel (when available), removing both your photograph and underlying numeric identifier from our Tables. 6. Authentication Methods (Cookies)

We use JSON Web Tokens (JWT), and we may employ certain localStorage/SessionStorage mechanisms instead of intrusive advertising and tracking cookies. We are committed to keeping the service clean and fast without injecting harmful commercial trackers (Third-party Tracking Scripts).
