1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MASTER PICKS AI web ecosystem (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound, without any reservation, restriction or condition, to fully comply with these General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth, please do not use the service.

2. Age Requirement (+18)

This Platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 or over (or the legal age of majority stipulated in the country from which they access). We reserve the right to request identity verification when purchasing any paid product (Plan Plus, Plan Premium or Stakazo).

3. Nature of the Service

MASTER PICKS AI provides predictive models based on Artificial Intelligence, aggregated statistical data, contextual analysis, and mathematical value suggestions for specific sports events or markets.

Sports Disclaimer: The team and algorithm DO NOT guarantee under any circumstances the success, accuracy, profit, or return on investment of any prediction. The nature of sport implies an inherent randomness that no AI can 100% eradicate. You are entirely and exclusively responsible for your decisions, bankruptcy, and predictions derived from the consumption of our strict or inferred information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• No refunds: Due to the nature of the instantly consumable digital product and the privileged information provided by our algorithms, except for a justified reason of prolonged technical failure (our server being down).
• Manual renewals: Currently, all payments are processed through third-party platforms or community administrators. MASTER PICKS AI does not have integrated automatic recurring payment gateways, and explicit extension will be required.

5. Intellectual Property ("Copyright")

All content, designs (Safe, Value, Funbet), proprietary databases, adapted Gemini LLM routines, and logos displayed on MASTER PICKS AI are the exclusive property of the Platform. Their dissemination to third parties, resale, or mass market copying is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in a lifetime ban and no right to a refund for the offender (e.g., mass re-sharing on social media or chat channels of Premium predictions).

6. Account Suspension

MASTER PICKS AI reserves the right to cancel and block the account and access for any user who violates the aforementioned principles, shows disrespect towards the team or community employers, or infringes abusive API calling mechanics ("bots" or "scrapers").
